Help save Chico Beans life

Story

Hi everyone, I never thought I’d be writing this, but I’m reaching out today with a heavy heart to ask for help. My sweet boy, Chico Bean, is in desperate need of emergency surgery. He recently got ahold of a corn cob (something many pet owners don’t realize can be deadly) and it’s now stuck in his intestine. Chico is more than just a dog. He’s family. He’s the one who greets me at the door with his tail wagging and eyes full of love, who knows when I’ve had a hard day and curls up next to me like he’s trying to absorb my sadness. He’s silly, loyal, gentle, and has a soul that lights up any room he’s in. Right now, that light is dimming. The vet says Chico needs emergency surgery immediately to remove the blockage. Without it, his condition will worsen rapidly and could become fatal. The cost of the surgery and post-op care is more than I can manage on my own, and time is not on our side. I’m doing everything I can, but I need help. If you know Chico, you know he has so much more life and love to give. And if you don’t know him, I hope you can still find it in your heart to help save a pup who means the world to someone. Every single dollar helps—whether it’s $5, $10, or more—and if you’re not in a position to give, simply sharing this message could make all the difference. Thank you for taking the time to read Chico’s story. Thank you for caring. And thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being part of his fight to live. With hope and gratitude, Bree

Hi everyone,
I never thought I’d be writing this, but I’m reaching out today with a heavy heart to ask for help.

With hope and gratitude,
Bree
