Help Save Carlisle's Historic Baths

We are a group of volunteers who are the Friends of Carlisle Victorian and Turkish Baths. The 138 year old Public Baths will close in 2022  leaving the Turkish Baths - one of only 12 left in operation in the UK -  on their own, and currently earmarked for closure too.

We are campaigning to keep the Baths in use and our aim is to create a new Centre for Health & Wellbeing in the building with the 113 year old Turkish Baths as the centrepiece. 

We are fundraising for a viability study on our Vision. We have a small grant but we need to raise a further £7,000 to cover architect, surveyor and other professional fees.
