Thanks to this community’s generosity, Bryce was pulled from the brink—rescued from euthanasia and placed in a temporary foster home while he awaits transport to his forever home across the country. You saved him. You gave him that second chance.

But Bryce is terrified.

He doesn’t understand that he’s safe now. He doesn’t know what a soft bed means. Or that hands reaching for him aren’t there to hurt him. All he knows is fear—and that fear has made him desperate to escape.

In his first few days at the foster home, Bryce has:

    •    Broken out of his crate

    •    Escaped from the house

    •    Caused damage to both the foster’s home and a neighbor’s property

Yes, it’s expensive. But it’s also very dangerous.

If he escapes again, he could be hit by a car. He could disappear for good. After everything he’s survived, that cannot happen.

We’re doing everything we can to keep him safe—but now we urgently need help to cover:

    •    A heavy-duty, escape-proof crate

    •    A vet visit and anti-anxiety medication

    •    Repairs to the home and neighbor’s door

    •    Additional supplies for safe cross-country transport
