Help Us Save Brutus ❤️

Hi everyone,

My name is Katelyn, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for our sweet dog, Brutus. Brutus is our 4-year-old boxer dog and truly the heart of our home. He’s brought endless joy, laughter, and comfort to me, my two younger siblings, and my parents.

Recently, Brutus started acting very unlike himself — tired, withdrawn, and not eating much. We knew something was wrong and rushed him to the vet. After several tests and a CT scan, we received heartbreaking news: Brutus has a large cyst and possible hematoma encapsulating the liver that needs to be surgically removed.

This isn’t the first time Brutus has faced a medical emergency. He previously had a bowel resection after swallowing something he shouldn’t have, and although he recovered then, this new situation is serious and urgent.

Our family wants to do everything we can to save Brutus’s life, but the vet bills are overwhelming. Between the diagnostic scans, surgery, medications, and follow-up care, the costs have quickly added up beyond what we can afford.
