Help Save Blintz: Urgent Veterinary Care Needed

Hi,

My name is Kylie Minniti, and I am a current college student at JHU. My roommates and I got our 2-year-old cat, Blintz, in January of 2024. We rescued him as a stray on the streets of Baltimore from BARCS shelter after he had suffered an attack by another animal; his head had an open wound for which he needed surgery, and we quarantined him for four months.

Within the past few weeks, Blintz has been diagnosed with severe asthma and respiratory issues. He struggles to breathe daily, and inhalers and steroids do not work. Because he can't breathe, he won't eat or drink, which is seriously affecting his health in the long term.

Blintz needs serious veterinary care; pet insurance does not cover his expenses as his condition is chronic. That being said, I am at my financial end at this point.

He is beloved by many both in my college community and at home. Please consider donating so we can find out the true cause behind Blintz's health issues and so that he can live a happy and healthy life with the care that he needs.
