Since they currently live in their car, we are hoping to raise the rest of the $2,000 to help them get it fixed so they are able to survive this already brutal summer.

**Help Save Everything – Time is Running Out**

Hi friends, neighbors, and kind strangers,

I’m reaching out on behalf of a member of the Young Democrats who is facing an unimaginable situation. Due to a series of heartbreaking and uncontrollable events, they lost their home and now live in a car.

Everything they own — family photos, clothes, dishes, furniture, important documents, memories of a life once stable — is packed into two storage units that are now at risk of being auctioned off. They've been holding on by a thread, doing their best to survive each day, but time has run out. Without help, they’ll lose everything.

These storage units are not just “stuff” — they are the last pieces of their life before it was turned upside down.

We’re asking for **$2,000** to cover the overdue balances on both units, late fees, and a small cushion to help them get back on their feet and fed and safe during this rough time.
