Help save Bebe with radioactive iodine treatment
Donation protected
My family cat Bebe is 15, I’ve had her since I was 6 years old where she was born in my bedroom. She is the most amazing happy cat, always purring and loving. She means the world to us. She has recently been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and is rapidly losing weight.
Feline hyperthyroidism is a common endocrine disease in geriatric cats, and radioactive iodine (I-131) is the most effective treatment, as it is non-invasive and low risk compared to surgical thyroidectomy. The cure rate is around 95%.
We are trying to raise money to get her the radioactive therapy needed to save her life via Anderson Moores Feline Hyperthyroid Clinic. The fixed price package is £3,475 total, so we are asking for any help if possible.
All donations and shares are appreciated beyond words, we’ll do everything and anything we can to get her the help she needs. Thank you so much for reading.
