Hi - My name is Bailey Mayer. I am an avid dog lover and attempting to rescue this amazing Alaskan Malamute, named Bear, from an unsafe environment. His current owners are requesting a nominal fee to surrender him to me, but he will require significant medical attention, including treating mange, tooth repairs and extractions, treatment for worms, neutering, and surgery for internal damage caused by poor treatment from multiple past owners. He will also need extensive behavioral training and therapy to eliminate significant anxiety.

He is an amazing dog, friendly with people and great with my other three dogs. He's 3 years old and an absolute sweetheart. He needs a forever loving home, care, and love, which my little family desperately would like to provide for him. We live on a 5-acre plot of land in Oregon and can offer him places to roam, playtime, constant care, and a pack for him to bond with. We have so much love for Bear that we are attempting to do everything we can to help him become the amazing dog he was always meant to be.
