Baylee is our mini Australian shepherd, and she’s been the heart of our family for the past six years. She’s brought so much joy and love into our lives, always greeting us with a wagging tail and a gentle nudge. My dad and I can’t imagine our days without her by our side.
Recently, Baylee became very ill. After several vet visits, we learned she has a bladder stone lodged in her ureter, and without urgent surgery, her kidneys will fail. Right now, she’s on IV therapy just to keep her stable, but it’s not a long-term solution. The only place willing to help is A&M University, but the surgery and treatment are incredibly expensive, and even then, there’s no guarantee it will work. To be honest, we’re facing a bill that’s more than we can handle on our own, but we are heading to college station as I am writing this in order to save her life.
We’re reaching out to our community for help because Baylee means everything to us. My dad and I don’t have a lot, but we’re doing all we can in order for her to be okay. Any love or support you can offer will go straight to Baylee’s care and to our hearts. We just want to see her happy and healthy again.
