Our cat recently went through a medical emergency that nearly took his life. About a week and a half ago, he developed a urinary blockage, which is a life-threatening condition that prevents male cats from being able to pee. We rushed him to an emergency vet, where he had to be catheterized, hospitalized, and treated around the clock to save his life. The total cost came to around $5,000, which we paid out of pocket because we couldn’t let him suffer.

Unfortunately, despite following all medical instructions and after doing everything we could, he’s now showing signs of another blockage. This can happen after the first one, and it’s just as serious the second time. We’ve already spent all we can, and the emergency care he needs again is extremely expensive.

We’re raising funds to help cover the urgent veterinary treatment, follow-up care, and preventive costs that will keep him alive and help prevent future blockages.

Any amount, no matter how small, helps us give him another chance. He’s part of our family, and we just want to make sure he gets the care he needs to survive and recover.
