We are a family run, independent dance studio that has been serving the Brooklyn community for nearly 20 years. Owners Lev and Yelena Vesnovskiy started the school after moving to the United States from Novosibirsk, Russia. They founded the school on the principal that anyone can learn to dance, a foundational aspect in all that we do.
We cater primarily to children between the ages of 4 and 18 years old. Teaching many of them from the basics, all the way up to the highest levels of competitive ballroom dancing. Our primary focus has been, and always will be, to first teach the love of dance. We believe that this idea coupled with the firm belief that ballroom dancing is something anyone can learn is what makes our school special and our students coming back. We are home to International Competitors, US World Championship Representatives and US National Finalists.
We have been hit hard, like many small businesses, by the COVID-19 health crisis. We realize that many of the families that attend our school might find themselves in difficult financial positions and we want to provide an outlet for kids to learn, dance and stay active- especially in times such as these.
For that reason, we are currently offering FREE fitness and dance group classes from 4 year old to 99 years young. We hope our current students will join in and that many more will take the opportunity to learn to dance and have some fun! We have a FULL schedule for online classes over Zoom. Zoom is free to join and we will be sending out the links for the classes over email, text, Facebook, or Instagram. Please message us on any of these mediums and we will help you set up!

We are asking that parents and participants donate what they can to keeping our studio doors open. You can even set reoccurring donations to cover your classes each week. Please share with your friends and family, we are a real small business in need of real help. Our primary objective now is to make sure we have doors to open- so that when this is all over, our students will still have their second home to come back to.
Our goal is a total of our immediate expenses from Mid-March through April 2020 including our rent, insurances, bills etc.
We thank each and everyone of you from the bottom of our hearts for your continued support. This studio means everything to us. Our only hope is to bring our community, near and far, a little (hopefully a lot!) of joy during these trying times. We hope everyone continues to wash their hands and practice social distancing, so we can all stay healthy.
We are all in this together and will surly come back stronger than ever!
