UPDATE (Aug 4th): Blessings, all! Little Arielle had her surgery this past Friday and came through it like a champ. The vet ended up extracting 14(!) teeth. Plus more that were just dangling and fell out without needing any "extracting". Needless to say, this little girl is on her way to a much happier life. The vet also gave us some discounts so Arielle's final bill ended up being lower ($958 instead of $1,150+). Praise God! So we're only ~$300 away from being paid off! Little Arielle, a 9-year-old miniature pinscher weighing just 6 lbs, is in dire need of major dental surgery. She has severe dental disease, has difficulty eating, and is often seen shaking due to constant pain and discomfort. (Those of us who have suffered dental problems will understand the urgency of this request.) Dr. Pratt from CGP Veterinary Services has recommended an urgent dental surgery to extract at least 8 to 10 decayed teeth ASAP. With the surgery scheduled for August 1st 2025, time is of the essence. The estimated cost, including pre-operative tests, anesthesia, and post-operative care, is $1,150. Unfortunately, this expense is beyond what her owner can afford.

Arielle's owner has lovingly cared for Arielle since she was an 8-week-old pup. Even while fleeing domestic abuse, she has continued to care for her beloved 4-legged companion. Having lost the ability to drive and work due to seizures and a recent epilepsy diagnosis, her owner had to make the heart-wrenching decision to find a foster for Arielle while she works to get on the right medications to get her seizures under control so she can get back on her feet and resume caring for Arielle again.

As Arielle's fosters, with her owner's permission, we are getting her some much-needed medical attention. We are not affiliated with any rescue organizations and are humbly asking for your support to raise the necessary funds for Arielle's surgery, scheduled for August 1st.
