Help Save and Foster Clover and Her Puppies

This is Clover's story so far.
On January 14th our dear friends Emily and Steven were headed up to a rock climbing spot outside of Shady Cove, OR. For whatever reason, they were called to drive down a remote fire access road that was not originally a part of their route. There, deep in the woods, they found two dogs that had clearly been abandoned. One a large unneutered male pitbull with many scratches on his face and body and then, our Clover. Clover who is currently pregnant with a litter of 6 puppies had been dumped in the woods with this male (who we suspect the previous owners were breeding her with) with no food no shelter, and just days away from giving birth. Steven and Emily were successful in getting Clover into their vehicle and bringing her to safety, the male however was too scared. Authorities have been contacted and they have worked on getting animal rescuers up to get the other dog.
We were concerned that our only option was to take Clover to an overrun animal shelter, where she would be months and months away from being eligible for adoption, and have to give birth to her puppies in a kennel. However, the universe works in wonderful and mysterious ways. My mom Madeliene who just lost her companion animal stepped up to help. She has the space, time, and heart to care for Clover and her soon-to-be puppies. However, we need support with finances for medical bills, the cost of care for the puppies, and the cost of my mom's living expenses while she takes the next 8 or so weeks to care for this small family. I am continuing to reach out to other animal aid organizations for potential grants and resources however I have had a hard time finding any open foster homes to take Clover in. Rescues and shelters are overrun with animals.
Clover has already made a strong connection with my mom and approaches everyone she meets with a loving heart. She may be big and looks tough but she is nothing but a softie looking for care and comfort. Wendel and I are committed to introducing her as the newest member of our family once she is ready to be away from her pups. She will have a forever home with us (as long as she is comfortable with our other dog Spruce), and will never again have her body taken advantage of or feel the pain and fear of abandonment. Her puppies will go to a reputable adoption center, and I know in my heart they will have no problem finding homes.
If you are able to contribute, any donation helps and is appreciated. Please share this with anyone you know. This innocent being went from having no one to an entire community behind her who are committed to her and her baby's health and safety. Help us help them.
