Help save Max, the Corgi, after a car accident!
I need your help to save Max's life after a car accident...
Hi, my name is Alexis and I am fundraising for my adorable and loving 1-year-old corgi named Max.
Sadly, Max was hit by a car last night. He was diagnosed with fractured vertebrae and now needs emergency spinal surgery to save his life. My heart is broken for him and everything he's been through in the past 12 hrs.
Max is staying in the veterinary ICU while his vet finds a neurologist to perform the spinal surgery. His vets are also monitoring fluid he has in his chest, but are hoping it resolves on its own. He is young and has a good chance of recovery if the surgery goes well.
Max is a fun-loving, energetic, ball of joy. He is famous for his sploot, his wiggles, and his large personality (see photos below). He loves running on the beach, snuggling at night, and following his human around the house. He loves all people and dogs and shows it with lots of licks!
Max's spinal surgery and medical bills cost over $13,000. I can't imagine my life without him, and anything you are able to donate will be deeply appreciated.
