For 15 years, Adobo Puerto Rican Café in Irving, Texas, has been a small, family-owned restaurant serving more than food — we’ve served culture, comfort, and community. We survived the pandemic, but we never fully recovered.
Rising food and operating costs, along with recent immigration enforcement activity in our area, have caused a sharp drop in customers. Many of our longtime patrons are afraid to go out, and our small business is struggling as a result.
We are not a luxury restaurant — just a hardworking family trying to stay open. We’ve cut our menu, reduced costs, and worked longer hours, but we’re now struggling to cover basic expenses like rent, utilities, and food supplies.
We’re asking for help to keep our doors open while we rebuild. Every donation helps, and even sharing our story makes a difference.
Thank you for supporting small businesses, community, and hope.
