Hello everyone, this again is Bill Avery (owner) of Ace Blueprint and my wife Kim and I thought it would be the right time to provide all of you with this update on my situation.
The equipment finally after months of down time is running at 100% ! so I cannot express the relief I have just seeing the equipment making copies …
The update I wanted everyone to know aside from the POSITIVE of equipment running etc is that I will be moving in the next 2 weeks to a space at the Colonial Plaza in West Lebanon (right down the street from where my current location is) so although moving is a process this will no doubt be a great move for me as my rent will be less than half of what I am paying currently which is huge, plus the space is smaller so it will make me more efficient which is also a POSITIVE.
The new campaign is necessary because I am still digging out from the storm, and paying my vendors and trying to keep them happy has been and still is a huge challenge but I am slowly getting in a better situation with them but the emails and the calls keep coming ….I wanted to take a moment to thank the numerous people that have donated to my fund. The feedback I have received about the importance of supporting local businesses and neighbors has been incredible. I am a long way from my goal to get my business back on track so if you can donate or share to spread the word I would be forever grateful.
Hello everyone my name is Bill Avery (owner) of Ace Blueprint Service, located in beautiful West Lebanon NH. I am a full service print shop that offers large format printing, scanning, color plotting, specification book printing and binding.
After 22 plus years of being in business and providing service for thousands of customers and friends I have found myself in the most challenging and stressful situation of my life.
It started roughly 4 months ago with equipment failures, equipment that is my lifeline, now of course from time to time equipment will break down and has so hundreds of times over the years, but this time it was different, it was constant and to make matters worse, the service techs spent hours upon hours at my shop troubleshooting and trying to get my machines up and running. During these hours/days and weeks I was not able to make any production what so ever. Eventually they rolled my machine out to work on at their facility.
Now this situation has lasted 4 months, in the meantime my copier that runs smaller specs also went down and this also has required service techs to come in days and now weeks, in addition to this I have had to explain to my customers for 4 months again and again why I cannot get to their jobs etc.
On top of all of this nightmare I have fallen behind on bills for my vendors which feed my lifeline and more importantly I have fallen behind on rent to the people that entrust in me and have so now for 12 years to be on time with my rent, I have had to reach out to all my vendors and my Landlord and explain the situation.
I am by all accounts the most dedicated, service oriented person I know and my customers have shared these assets with me for 22 years of being in business and ALL of my customers know how hard I work to get their jobs done on time, every time and getting it right every time, that is my goal for all jobs that I receive.
It is painful and with humility that I am feeling not as tall as I typically would normally, nor as confident perhaps but the fight is still there in body and my soul despite seemingly battling everything, but I must admit I need help with this and that is why I am I am reaching out to folks to help me with this fight.
On the brightest note there is a TON of work happening now and moving forward for years literally and I know I will be getting a lot of work from all that is coming, but getting through this period is critical as I MUST catch up on bills plus be able to afford to buy supplies for my equipment that is finally running.
Lastly I want to sincerely thank all of you for your consideration and support in this time of need ….

"I've known Bill for over ten years now and have considered him an extension of my company. I can always rely on him to get the job completed in a timely fashion and to perfection. I'm not sure what my company would do without him." Not only has he proven to be an asset to my company, but he's also become a great friend over these years. I've noticed over the past few months the frustrations and stress that he has been going through. His machines have been consistently down and I feel like I've seen the repair people there more than Bill. I can only image the frustration and significant income loss due to the faulty equipment. The compounding effect of having no way to generate income leaves one helpless. Bill has informed me that he is trying to upgrade with new reliable equipment, however the equipment is very expensive. I will support him in any way, it's truly unfortunate that someone who has been loyal to his customers, community, and has been in business for over 22 years has to go through this.

Owner Bill Avery at ACE BLUEPRINT is very professional and dedicated to his business. I have found that sending large format PDFs through his website is very easy and the quick turnaround for a set of prints is sometimes surprising. The Prices are very reasonable. I have used Ace Blueprint for all my printing for the last 17 years.
