Update from the Humane Society of Louisiana: Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana
A mother and daughter heard a puppy screaming in pain and went outside to investigate. They found this beautiful puppy with its fur and skin peeled off, and its tissue exposed.
A local vet graciously agreed to stay open, and is treating it right now. We agreed to pay the bill for its care.
