Help Save a Mother’s Life – She’s Fighting to Survive

We are reaching out with a heartfelt plea to help save the life of a mother in her early 40s who is battling a critical health emergency.

She is suffering from severe gangrene in both legs due to complications from diabetes and heart disease. The tissue in her feet has completely died and hardened—as shown in the attached images—and the infection has now spread up to her knees. Doctors have made it clear: to save her life, they must amputate both legs above the knees.

The root cause is heartbreaking. Her heart is too weak to pump blood effectively, leading to poor circulation and the eventual death of the tissue in her legs. Alongside this, she’s managing both diabetes and serious heart disease.

But there is still hope.

Doctors recommend a two-step approach:

1. Immediate treatment for her heart to improve blood circulation.

2. Surgery to remove the dead tissue and prevent the infection from spreading further.

This life-saving treatment is only available at a private hospital in Rawalpindi, and the estimated cost is PKR 500,000 equivalant to approximately AUD. 3000

This brave mother is raising young children. Her husband works tirelessly as a rickshaw driver, but barely earns enough to put food on the table. They simply cannot afford the cost of this emergency treatment.

As her next-door neighbor, I know this family personally. They are kind, humble people facing an unimaginable crisis.
