She has been diagnosed with an ovarian tumor—thankfully not cancerous, but incredibly painful and her kidneys have failed, requiring multiple dialysis treatments each week on the mainland.

The cost of medications, hospital trips, and a permanent dialysis catheter which is really needed, is overwhelming, and she urgently needs financial support to continue her treatment.

This woman is not just a patient—she is a mother, a fighter, and a selfless soul who has spent years helping stray dogs on Koh Phangan and caring for those in need.

Now, she is the one who needs our help.

Her young son, in an effort to support her, competes in Muay Thai fights to win prize money—sometimes even breaking his ribs in the process.He is doing everything he can to support her. Despite his sacrifices, the medical expenses are far beyond what they can afford.

First of all, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generous support over the past weeks and months. Your help has made a huge difference – thanks to your donations, we’ve been able to cover many of the mounting medical bills and provide Nok with the care she urgently needed.

Unfortunately, her health has taken a serious turn for the worse. She is currently in the intensive care unit. She’s suffering from severe fluid buildup in her lungs, and she has also needed several blood transfusions. Her body is weak, and the number of necessary treatments is increasing rapidly – along with the costs.

On top of all this, she is now also battling painful ovarian cysts, which are putting even more strain on her condition.
