Yesterday while walking through Brixton, I came across a stray cat who looked severely malnourished and had a broken back leg. I managed to safely catch him and rushed him to the vet.

The situation is serious :( he’s extremely dehydrated, underweight, and unable to use his back left leg. The vet needs to run X-rays and blood tests to determine the full extent of his injuries. The estimated cost for his treatment is between £1,800–£2,200.

If there are any funds left over, I’ll use them to neuter and microchip him, as I plan to adopt him and give him a proper home.

The heartbreaking part is that if I’m unable to cover the cost within 6 days, the vet has said they may have to put him down due to his current quality of life.

I’ve named him Bucket, and I truly want to give him a second chance but I simply can’t afford this on my own. Anything you can donate or share would mean the world. Thank you so much.
