I am 70, on Social Security, trying to save my home. I live in a mobile home park. Recent changes in upper management have made demands on residents to make changes in their home or lose their home. My parents bought this home in 1982. I moved in in 2006 to care for my mother. She passed away in 2013. I would like to spend my final years in this home. I would be homeless without it. I have a friend doing outside repairs, to cut down on cost. I would like to be able to give him something. There is also an issue with the electrical panel. Will need someone to look at it. The money will go to home repairs.
