Help Save a 26-Year Home from Being Sold

I'm trying to save my house of over 26years which might be sold from under me by a new Yorker, you've seen me over the years outside on the porch, cutting the grass or picking up garbage off the street, now I honestly need help trying to save this place I've called home.
