Dear Amazing Facebook Friends & Fam,

Carlos had his heart surgery on Wednesday day. 

It’s called LAD- left atrium decompression. It basically moves blood, through a little hole they made, to the other side. It takes the pressure off and helps his heart function much better. And, has saved his life.  

He will still be on medications that will keep his heart functioning well. 

He seems pretty much recovered from the surgery now and is feeling much better already. He’s is sun-bathing on the deck this afternoon!

We can now expect a longer life for him, as we had hoped.
