Hi my name is noodle. Im a 17 week old wired haired daushaund. Unfortunately i was born with a rare disease that only 0.18% of dogs get. Just my luck. I have been in and out of the vets since i can remember. I have a thing called a shunt. For those who dont know what that is. Normally, the liver filters toxins and processes nutrients from the blood. When a shunt is present, toxins can build up in the bloodstream, leading to various health issues, especially neurological problems like seizures. The condition can be congenital ( or acquired due to other liver diseases. Treatment often involves surgical correction to close the abnormal vessel.
Unfortunately my toxins have got into my brain and that makes me get very aggressive with my owners even tho I love them i cant help it.
They have been so good to me spending thousands of £££ already on me for the best care and the best chance for me to live. Unfortunately their insurance has maxed out and i need surgery ASAP to fix my shunt so it doesn't damage my brain leaving me permanently aggressive and eventually may lead to me having to pass over the rainbow bridge.
Me, claire and brad (my owners) would be forever grateful if you could help out with anything.
All donations will be returned if we don't reach the goal to SAVE MY LIFE.
Im there first dog after wanting one for so many years and finally they found a house and a landlord that approved me. Wr appreciate you reading this and will keep constant pupdates on my journey.
