My name is Salma, and I'm writing this on behalf of my cousin, Asho Feysal Isse, an 11-year-old girl from Somalia who is fighting for her life.

Asho was diagnosed with T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in May 2026, an aggressive blood cancer. Because treatment isn't available in Somalia, her family made the difficult decision to send her to Malaysia for care, though they couldn't afford to travel with her. She's currently being looked after by her uncle's children, who live there.

She is a child, far from her parents, fighting cancer, and her family has already given everything they have just to get her this far.

All this hoping she could receive the care she needed. Sadly, Asho is in active treatment with no way to pay for it.

Her hospital has provided an official treatment estimate of $24,144 USD. We are currently saving for the next weeks of chemotherapy.
