My name is Meirambek Akhmejanov, and I am reaching out with a father’s deepest hope to save my 11-year-old daughter, Assel Akhmejanova, from Kazakhstan. In late 2022, Assel, then only 8 years old, suddenly began experiencing severe pain in her leg. After months of misdiagnoses, doctors finally discovered the heartbreaking truth: Pelvic Ewing’s Sarcoma, a rare, aggressive bone cancer. Since then, Assel’s life has been filled with hospitals, surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy. She completed 16 chemotherapy courses, 38 sessions of radiotherapy, and underwent a major surgery on her right pelvic bone at Acibadem Maslak Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey. With all our savings and the help of kind people, we supported her treatment for more than 1.5 years. But in April 2024, our worst fear returned: new metastatic tumors were found in both of Assel’s lungs. Throughout 2024 and 2025, Assel endured more chemotherapy cycles and additional radiotherapy. Each time we believed she was improving, new nodules appeared again. In October 2025, doctors confirmed a rapid progression: multiple metastatic masses in the right lung. Despite everything, Assel continues to fight with incredible strength and hope.

Assel is now undergoing urgent treatment at Acibadem Maslak Hospital in Turkey. Doctors say she needs more cycles of chemotherapy, radiotherapy sessions, diagnostic procedures, and targeted medications. Unfortunately, we have exhausted all of our resources. We used every savings we had and received help from relatives, friends, and kind strangers, but it is no longer enough. Every day is critical for Assel.

Assel is a bright, brave, loving girl who dreams of growing up, going to school again, and simply living a normal life without pain. Right now, your support is her only chance to continue life-saving treatment. Any amount, even the smallest, brings Assel one step closer to beating cancer. We are ready to provide all medical documents, reports, scans, hospital invoices, and anything needed to confirm her diagnosis and treatment.
