My name is Dan Jameson, Director of Logistics and Supply Chain for a company called Epoch Everlasting Play in Savannah, GA.

I am blessed to be able to lead the best team in warehousing.

Hurricane Helene hit the Savannah area with the most destructive (75mph+) winds I have ever seen. The area looks apocalyptic. The power grid was largely destroyed with more than 250K people out of power in Chatham County alone from more than 1500 broken power poles and wires.

Among other real losses, my team of 45 people have lost most of the food in their refrigerators and freezers because power has been out for days. With food prices what they are right now, this is a devastating loss for people who can least afford to replace it. Because power has been out for days, most stores are out of ice, and gas is running dry as well.

This is a horrible situation that will take a long time to recover from. I am just trying to help them replace some of the food they lost.

Whatever we can raise will be split evenly amoung the 45 employees that make our little company successful on a daily basis.
