My name is Kelly and I am fundraising to support my daughter Savannah in this difficult time. As many of you know Savannah was in a car accident in the early morning hours of 10/5 where she suffered a broken femur. She is currently admitted to the trauma floor at Lankenau Medical Center where she underwent surgery yesterday to repair her displaced femur.

Savannah is going to be out of work with no pay for the foreseeable future. She will need physical therapy several times a week for months. She will also have multiple follow-up visits with orthopedics to ensure her leg heals properly.

Many of you also know Savannah has refractory epilepsy, so we need to keep her as stress-free as possible so that she doesn’t end up having seizures. It’s been a long and windy road, and Savannah has never been able to drive, so I will have to take off time from work (unpaid) to take Savannah to all of her appointments and therapies.

This injury has created an unexpected financial hardship for our family. All donations will go directly toward alleviating this burden.
