Help Savannah and Chass Through Pregnancy Complications

Hello All, my name is Savannah, and I’m reaching out on behalf of myself, my amazing wife Chass, and our unborn baby girl.

On May 5th, at just 28 weeks pregnant, I was admitted to the hospital with sudden and serious pregnancy complications: a bulging amniotic sac, active preterm labor, and bleeding from a low-lying placenta. My cervix was already 3 cm dilated, and I was told I needed to be hospitalized immediately to try and delay labor for as long as possible.

Since that day, I’ve been on 24/7 hospital bedrest, and haven’t left. This has included numerous shots, medications, and monitoring daily. Every day we’re still pregnant is a huge victory. Thanks to incredible care and support, we’ve made it to 30 weeks and 6 days today, and our baby girl is growing beautifully — weighing in at over 3.5 pounds and even showing breathing movements during our last scan. She’s strong, and we’re doing everything we can to give her the best start possible.

But the road ahead is still long.

We don’t know how much longer I’ll remain in the hospital — it could be days or weeks. And once our daughter is born (very likely early), she will be admitted to the NICU, where she’ll stay for several more weeks until she’s strong enough to come home.

Chass and I are doing our best to stay hopeful and focused, but the emotional and financial strain of this experience is real. I’ve been unable to work during this time having to end the school year during the last month, and we’re facing unexpected costs related to the hospital stay, upcoming NICU needs, and everything that follows.

We’re humbly asking for help to get through this chapter and prepare for the challenges ahead. Donations will go toward:

* Support through the extended hospital and NICU stays

* Giving us the space to focus on healing and bonding with our daughter
