Help Savanna Stay in Nursing School
Donation protected
Hi all!
My name is Savanna. I’m in my undergrad years, year 3, trying to obtain my BSN-RN at an accelerated program at West Coast University in California. I have been struggling to pay my tuition as my school is private and very expensive. Due to my good academic performance, I was able to obtain a scholarship to help reduce the financial burden, as I pay monthly. I wasn’t able to secure a school loan for this 2024-2025 school year, as I needed a co signer and haven’t had anyone able to help me with that. I’ve been being charged $1,700 a month. It is recommended to not work at all during this program, but I have been working at least 13-20 hours a week depending on availability at my work, and I’m actively looking for another job to help with expenses. I am a nanny. I have paid a portion of what is due, but I still have an outstanding balance of $3,319.52. If I don’t pay this amount by August 18, 2024 (the end of THIS week), I will be withdrawn from WCU and unable to continue my education. I have one year left; I graduate in August 2025 with my BSN-RN.
Anything helps. My dream is to be a nurse and it would crush me to not be able to help people with my degree one day.
