My beautiful lady who is so kind, she is so outgoing and always a smiling ray of sunshine. That’s how anyone who has even shared a few words with Savana would describe her. She leaves an impression wherever she goes, you can’t help but feel joyful around her. She is also very hard working and really enjoys her job at Walmart, everyone in the community recognizes her. It’s very hard not to, she’s just one of those people. Once you meet Savana you know Savana forever in your heart. From one interaction.

Savana was on her way to her job at Walmart, a place she would almost call a second home. When she was struck on her drivers side by an Irresponsible driver blowing through a red light at 5am on a Thursday morning. My sweet innocent girlfriend on her way to go be strong and make dreams come true with working hard everyday and chasing all the things we’d love to do in life.

And now all that’s been changed forever, not only delayed for time that is completely undetermined. But for her to have life long effects with tolls on her body forever. Screws holding her pelvis together, forever. A bladder that is still healing. Not to mention a rod all the way down in her leg from the top of the knee down with screws, again FOREVER. The physical therapy and rehabilitation it’s going to take, the driving back and forth to appointments for her first scheduled PT that is already a definite and will take weeks itself and could possibly take for years to come is a burden she doesn’t need to worry about. While it’s so hard on her physically and emotionally, i don’t think any of it’s fair to her! But as a go getter and strong woman she is, she has worried about work and hospital bills and everything but herself getting better. A lot has been taken from her, and we aren’t even fully aware of the extent of this all yet. Fully unaware of the Attorney and lawyer costs that will come and the emotional stress and worries with all things of that nature is a lot for us young adults to take on at once
