Help Saurabh with Surgery and Rehabilitation

My brother Saurabh Bhattarai, who is living in Kathmandu, Nepal met with a motorcycle accident while commuting from home to his workplace. He has multiple complicated injuries on his right knee and shin. According to a Musculoskeletal Radiologist after diagnosis using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) technique, the injuries include a complete mid-substance ACL tear, an osteochondral fracture, complete rupture of mid-fibers in the patellar tendon, and more (see below for a full list of his injuries).

The Arthroscopy Surgeon considered his injuries and after discussing with his team of senior orthopedic surgeons has suggested 4 major complex operations and prolonged treatment for recovery and rehabilitation.

On top of it, my brother also tested positive for COVID-19 during the diagnosis process a couple of weeks back and is currently struggling to recover with it along with his wife who also tested positive a few days back as she has to assist him with everything including toilet, food, and sleep.

My brother is only 29 years old and is fighting with COVID-19 and his post-accident situation. Although the doctors are not able to operate on him at this moment due to his weak body condition resulting from COVID-19, we hope he can undertake his surgery soon. In the meantime, he will need to continue with treatment for recovery and rehabilitation.

We, family members, are trying our best to cover and arrange for the expenses but with more than 4 complex operations and prolonged treatment, times are really tough for my brother and our family both physically and mentally. It is especially difficult financially as my brother had been setting up his own marketing agency which has struggled due to the pandemic and now due to him not being able to work.

Therefore, as a sister, I have taken this initiative to raise funds to support my brother and family with medical costs. I would be really grateful if you could help us in monetary terms which will help my brother to walk again.
