My name is Pitu Sim, and I am reaching out to you with an urgent and heartfelt plea. Two of my dearest friends, Saumya Gupta and Maya Mangels, recently achieved their dream of homeownership in the Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles. Tragically, just as they were beginning to settle into their new home, it was destroyed by the LA wildfires this month.

In the wake of this devastating loss, I am determined to help them rebuild their lives and help them get back on their feet. Your financial support can make a significant difference in this critical time of need. Please join me in raising the necessary funds to support Saumya and Maya.

Thank you for your generosity and compassion.

Here are some pictures that Saumya was able to capture before they fled to safety.
