I am Kelsey Morgan and I have known Sasha since she was 10 years old. Her brother, Brock, and I married in 1995 and I gained a dear sister and friend. Sasha is now a mother of three precious little girls and she and her husband, Matthew McKinney, live near Brock and I in Southern Ca.

This May Sasha was diagnosed with Ductal Carcinoma Grade 3 after a biopsy, which is a very aggressive cancer that quickly spreads to lymph nodes. Needless to say, we are devastated for her.

On top of this scary diagnosis, Sasha and Matthew's youngest daughter has seizures, which they have been dealing with over the past two and a half years. The medical bills have already stacked up.

Sasha has found a medical facility that is treating her with therapies and chemotherapy over the next six weeks to fight the cancer. These treatments cost around $5000 out of pocket which will cost around $30000. Her chemotherapy will mostly be reimbursed by insurance, but the upfront costs will be around $8000 for this round. We do not know how many rounds of chemo she will need.

It is likely that Sasha will have to have a right breast mastectomy and reconstructive surgery, which could cost another $8000+ that will not be covered by their insurance.

There are so many other costs along with the care she will need over the next few month: gas driving to appointments, childcare during treatment, the drugs she needs to control symptoms/side effects, a wig she might need, household help...the list goes on.

Her mom and dad have travelled to Southern Ca to minister to her family and take her to her appointments. We as a family are doing all we can to support her.

Sasha is so beloved by so many and I am reaching out on her behalf to ask for financial support as she journeys toward healing and wholeness. Please contribute to the goal of $45000 as Sasha fights to KO cancer. Any funds you contribute will go directly to Sasha's cancer account so that she has immediate access.
