Help Sasha Fierce get her flame back!

Hi friends & fam,

This is tough news to share, but my lively energetic best friend in the form of an 11 year old Mini Pinscher named Sasha Fierce suddenly collapsed after Christmas, having breathing issues, trouble eating, and being very lethargic with an ongoing heart murmur. She has been diagnosed with Pancreatitis, an enlarged liver & Cushings Disease at the Angelus Pet Hospital in Glendale, CA. Since she is a senior dog, ongoing treatment will be costly.

Normally I wouldn’t bother anyone and would be able to personally cover her vet bills, but after experiencing my 4th layoff in 5 years this past October, funds have been tight and income has not been coming in like it used to as I navigate the job search. Whenever I get laid off, I have to dip into savings funds until I get a new job offer and can save up again.

Any pet parent understands when I say Sasha is my absolute best friend who has always been there for me the past 11 years, who thrives upon the love & attention from friends and strangers alike. Her energy spreads happiness. She’s brought sunshine & comfort to my inner circle. I want to do anything possible to give her the medical care she deserves while being as comfortable as possible for the foreseeable future.

She has been diagnosed with pancreatitis, an enlarged liver & cushing’s disease. Her diagnostic vet bills are $2000, and ongoing treatment will be costly for the remainder of her senior years.

I’m at a place in my life where I have to swallow my pride and ask my personal community and network for assistance, as this is something I’ve never had to do before. Times are weird right now for a lot of people in the economic sense, but if anyone is able to help contribute to Sasha’s ongoing vet bills, my eternal gratitude to you will never stop.
