Hi, my name is Sasha, and I am an artist, writer, & healer passionate about disabled visibility and rights. I’ve been disabled and unable to access disability for a decade now due to having conditions that are not well medically recognized, and to not being able to

afford better healthcare. I survived 7 painful years of topical steroid withdrawal, an iatrogenic condition, and am now on a journey of living with and surviving long covid.

Since developing long covid symptoms in 2023, my condition has been steadily worsening and I’ve been experiencing medical neglect. I have long been unable to work and so deeply exhausted. I now have moderate-severe ME/CFS. Simple things tire me out so quickly. I feel on the brink of death at times. I need to raise funds for a move to covid safer housing as my family is not protecting me from airborne viruses and I’m at high risk for another infection. I need funds for rent, for supplements, for caregiving, for supportive acupuncture treatments, and to access groundbreaking stem cell treatment that could dramatically change my condition. The treatment will cost between $2,000-$10,000 usd.
