My name is Sash, and I’ve been dreaming of top surgery for the past five years. For now, I’ve been using a binder every day, but my chest has always been a source of insecurity. I want my body to feel like it truly fits me, and I hope for the day I can put on a shirt—or take one off—without worrying if my chest looks flat enough.

I’m raising funds to cover the costs of top surgery and everything that comes with it, including travel, recovery, and time away from work. I don’t have an exact date or location yet, because it all depends on when I can raise enough to move forward. I’m currently handling the financial side on my own.

What I look forward to most is the freedom to go to the beach shirtless and finally feel comfortable in my own skin. I know there may be scars and some judgment, but the feeling of being myself will be worth it.
