Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support. I’ve created this GoFundMe to raise urgently needed funds for our dear colleague Saron from Ham Yard and her daughter Eluya from Charlotte Street Hotel, who recently experienced a devastating house fire.

In a matter of moments, their flat and everything in it was destroyed. While we’re incredibly grateful that Saron, Eluya and their neighbours made it out safely, the fire took everything else: clothing, essentials, cherished memories, and the sense of security that comes with having a place to call home.

Saron is a kind, hard-working, and generous soul who’s always ready to help others. Now it’s our turn to be there for her and Eluya as they begin the long and difficult journey of rebuilding their lives from scratch.

Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference, whether it goes towards finding temporary housing, replacing basic necessities, or helping them begin to feel safe again.
