Hi everyone, for the people who know me, thank you for taking the time to read this. If anyone is new, I am Sarah and I am making this for my mom. Round 2 brain tumor removal is scheduled for next week.

The first one was found incidentally this June, causing severe neurological symptoms, alongside the mass in her lungs also pictured. It turned out to be stage 4 metastatic melanoma. The 4 cm tumor was successfully removed, and she regained some function back in her left side. She has undergone gamma knife treatments and immunotherapy, traveling back and forth to San Francisco, Sacramento, Lower Lake, etc., to treat the 2-3 other small tumors in her brain, sticking it out even though the treatments wear on her. She was doing well....

A few weeks ago, she started having unrelenting headaches, blurry vision, and a feeling of fullness in her eyes... Close to the same area as large tumor #1, another tumor that was hardly noticeable before grew rapidly to almost the same size as the 4 cm tumor.

She is now faced with brain surgery #2 next week. Thanks to my amazing work and my family, I have medical leave to help her, and we are working on transportation, food, hotels, and travel. I'd like to do what I can to help her alleviate these costs, as many programs for patients cannot cover costs at the moment and funds are unavailable.
