Help Sarah (Panczykowski) Yadav Access Life-Saving Treatment

When your beautiful niece/godchild is in for the fight of her life, you step into action!

I am appealing to friends, family & anyone out there who can help my niece, SARAH (PANCZYKOWSKI) YADAV, with her costly & courageous battle with leiomyosarcoma of the liver, a rare metastatic form of cancer.

Sarah has been bravely moving forward since her diagnosis in March of 2023. Sarah underwent extensive surgery to remove a tumor in her blood vessel that was resting on her pancreas. The surgery was a success! She was amazing through it all! A lifetime of pancreatic enzymes & scans every 3 months…bringing us to today…Sarah’s last scan revealed that her cancer has returned & is in her liver. Leiomyosarcoma is an aggressive form of cancer. Right now, the lesions are small which makes treatment promising but urgent. Sarah’s oncologist in London told her she is welcome to get a second opinion.

Turns out the U.S. is #1 for cancer treatment in the WORLD!

Coming to the U.S. for treatments is extremely promising & allows Sarah to start treatments sooner (this is imperative), different treatments & different ways of administering treatments which are not available in the U.K. at this time.

Along with more promising comes more expensive.

Traveling to the U.S. is met with many challenges under normal circumstances but, at a time like this, it is especially trying. The prognosis, more testing, chemo treatments alone are a lot to juggle, let alone caring for their amazing 11-year-old son all while trying to live life as normally as possible.

Add to all this stress, anxiety, heartache, they do not have health insurance coverage in the U.S. ALL of these expenses will be out of pocket. Not to mention international airfare, lodging, meals, local transportation, childcare, time off from work.

Sarah’s treatments & testing are numerous & will have to be done frequently, making it extremely EXPENSIVE. This will COMPLETELY deplete their funds. Sarah & Bharat have worked hard & diligently all of their lives, constantly contributing in a most positive way to society! All of their hard work cannot be for nothing!

The U.S. offers Sarah the most promise for improving the quality of her life & giving her much more time with her family & loved ones.

Sarah never drank, never smoked, never did drugs. She eats healthy, works out regularly. She is an amazing wife, mother, daughter, aunt, niece, cousin, friend & co-worker. Always generous to a fault. Regularly donating to needy causes throughout the Buffalo area. All of these attributes will help her in her fight for many, many, many more years with us.

This news is devastating in & of itself; add to it the financial stress is just beyond the pale.
