Help Sarah with her Cancer bills

Hi, my name is Amanda McDaneld and I am raising money for my sister Sarah. Last week, Sarah was diagnosed with tongue cancer. The cancer is between stage 2 and 3. Unfortunately, since the cancer involves about half of her tongue, she will have to have part of it removed and reconstructed. As you can imagine, this will be painful and require speech therapy to learn to speak and swallow again. She will be in the hospital for at least 6 days in Kansas City. Following healing after the surgery, Sarah will begin radiation therapy and then chemotherapy. This all will take her away from her nursing career for the present time, and will cause a lot of medical expenses, including traveling back and forth between Wichita and Kansas City. I am asking you to consider donating money to assist with all of the bills associated with her treatment. We know God has a reason for this, but we would like to do whatever we can to lessen the financial burden, since Sarah will have enough on her plate during her surgery, recovery, radiation and chemo.

Sarah is strong in her faith and knows God will help her walk through this time in her life. Please join us in praying that God will give her strength on this journey, and give us all strength to help her through it, too.
