We’ve dreamed of becoming parents since we were kids ourselves. After years of trying and a long fertility journey, we’re stepping forward in faith and pursuing IVF. With your love, prayers, and support, we hope to finally welcome the miracle we’ve been waiting for.

Our Story

Shane and I first met at youth group when we were just kids—11 and 12 years old. We both grew up in big, loving families with parents who showed us what it means to live with faith, kindness, and joy. Those values became the foundation of our relationship.

In 2012, Shane asked me to be his girlfriend, and in 2014, on my birthday, he asked me to be his wife. We were married in November 2016, full of dreams of building a life together: a cozy little home, a yard, and children of our own filling it with laughter. Over the years, we’ve traveled the country, explored national parks, camped under the stars, and even ventured outside the U.S. for the first time in 2022, when we visited Cancún. It was during that trip that we decided—it was time to grow our family.

Our fertility journey began shortly after. In 2022, I was diagnosed with a few autoimmune conditions that made conceiving more difficult. We spent years hoping and trying, but when things didn’t happen naturally, we turned to doctors for help. Through prayer, fasting, and seeking counsel, we’ve made a big decision:

We are pursuing IVF treatment with a world-renowned clinic in Irvine, CA (based out of Mexico) that has an incredible success rate of up to 96%. Unlike U.S. clinics, which often cost $16,000–$22,000 for just one chance at IVF, this clinic offers three chances for a similar cost—giving us a much greater opportunity to fulfill our dream of becoming parents.

Asking for help is not easy. But the truth is, IVF is financially overwhelming, and insurance barely scratches the surface. We’re stepping forward in faith, believing in a God who is a Way Maker and Miracle Worker, and trusting that He can use community, love, and generosity to bring life to our dream.

Our deepest hope is simple: to become parents. To raise children who will one day experience the same love and joy we were given growing up.
