Help Sarah Perform in Europe

This is a fundraiser for my daughter Sarah Carpenter who is a 16 year old student at Broken Arrow High School and Tulsa Community College. She has played the violin and has performed with the Broken Arrow Orchestra for 5 years. She has been nominated by her Broken Arrow High School Director for this opportunity to travel and perform. The selection criteria focused not only on her musical excellence as a performer but equally on her character and leadership skills.

She is embarking on a once in a lifetime international music experience by traveling to Europe with 'Musicians Abroad - Ozark'. Musicians Abroad is a division of Music Travel Consultants led by accomplished scholastic music directors, musicians and music education industry professionals, and has become the first choice for student music group tours by providing industry-leading services.

June 5 - 7th, 2026, she will begin with a one week pre-tour rehearsal camp with other students in orchestra, band, and choir who are from Oklahoma, Arkansas and Missouri. During this time, they will receive top notch instruction from outstanding music directors.

June 8 - 21st, 2026, she will be traveling to several European countries such as: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and France. Her education will include learning about historical musicians such as Bruckner, Brahms, Beethoven and Strauss and visiting the birth home of Mozart. She will be experiencing local culture and cuisine, site seeing, shopping, but more importantly will be performing daily at amazing venues.

June 21 - 23rd, 2026, she will be ending her travels with a trip to Paris, France. This portion of the tour will include the famous Eiffel Tower, Cathedrale Notre Dame, Arc De Triomphe and the Louvre Museum. She will visit the charming hilltop Montmartre district, also known as La Butte, a former artists' village once inhabited by Picasso and Dali and home of the domes Sacre-Coeur basilica.

The total amount for this experience is $7,245 which includes all concert arrangements, tourist class hotels , two meals per day, all sightseeing per itinerary, necessary entrance fees per itinerary, tips, motor coach transportation throughout the tour, driver expenses, music advisors and administration.

Your generous donation means Sarah will be able to fulfill one of her biggest dreams to not only travel Europe but also perform with a full orchestra including band and vocals.
