My name is Sarah, I’m 23 years old, and I’ve been diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer. Receiving this kind of news at such a young age has been incredibly difficult — emotionally, physically, and financially.

I’ll soon be starting oral chemotherapy treatment as the first step in my fight. While I’m holding on to hope and doing everything I can, this journey is going to be a tough one.
