Hello my name is Sarah and I am fundraising for myself, my son and our rescue dogs.

I really do hate to do this but I have been working so hard to fix the situation on my own, I am not getting anywhere and I am almost out of time.

Once upon time going back to March 2020 my lovely son and I were doing great, I was self employed we had 30k saved up and lived in a home that we adored and never thought we would leave. Unfortunately a toxic relationship has taken us to nearly rock bottom.

I am now nearly 5k in debt, 1200km from the place I once called home, I have no vehicle, my once good credit score is trashed, I have no money for food (though I am contacting food banks, there are not a lot of resources in my area) and when rent is due this month on the 18th I will not be able to pay it.

My son has ADHD, ODD as well as Autism, before I was always able to provide all the supports and programming he needed on my own, currently I feel like a bum for not being able to do so.

I am a hard worker, I know that once I get back on my feet again I will be a able to rebuild my life with my son, but things have gotten so far down I don’t know how to bring us back up.

We have 6 rescue dogs that my toxic ex left, my son and I would love to keep them and continue to care for them (we have had them for a year and if we keep the place we are now it has more than enough space for them), however if we can’t find a way to keep the place the dogs will have to be separated, rehomed (some of them will be harder to rehome) and my son and I will have to go to a shelter, it would mean the world to me if someone can help so my son doesn’t have to go through all of this.
