Help Sarah Divorce a Monster

Hello! My name is Elisabeth and I'm raising money for my aunt and one of my closest friends, Sarah and her three amazing kiddos.

On August 12th our family's world got turned upside down. Sarah's house was raided and her husband was arrested. He was charged with multiple offenses involving child pornography in addition to the sexual assault and molestation of Sarah's young daughter. Sarah's husband confessed to his crimes during his police interview. He is in jail and we hope he stays there.

As a family, we are horrified and stunned. Sarah had no idea that any of this was going on and she's heartbroken and disgusted. He is a monster and we want him out of their lives in every way possible.

The emotional toll this has taken is great. Thr financial toll is scary. On top of normal bills, one of Sarah's kids is a type 1 diabetic with high monthly medical bills. Sarah is now a one-income household.

While the state will help this hurting family with therapy, I am raising money to help Sarah cover the legal fees of a divorce, as well as the fees of getting all of her children's names changed once the divorce is final so that they can't be connected to the monster they now know their father is. Anything extra we raise will simply go to helping her with the cost of living as a now-single parent. In advance, I can't thank you enough.
