Helping Sarah Campbell BEAT Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer
With heavy hearts, Phil and I lovingly and humbly ask for your fervent prayers and financial support for our bright, beautiful, and sweet daughter, Sarah. At just 23 years old, Sarah was diagnosed with Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer on January 14, 2025.
At a time when she should be planning the next steps in her newly launched career as a 5th-grade teacher at Carpenter Elementary School, dreaming about her future with her boyfriend of nearly nine years, Shae, or celebrating bridal showers and bachelorette parties as her best girlfriends get engaged, Sarah instead finds herself preparing for the fight of her life.
In true Sarah Campbell fashion, she is approaching this challenge as she does all things—with faith in our amazing God first, courage, and resilience—surrounded by an army of people who love her fiercely.
As parents, we are doing everything we can to explore every possible treatment option to cure our beloved Sugar Bear. We are unsure of exactly what treatments will be covered by our insurance. One of the most pressing is the cost to harvest, freeze, and store her eggs.
Sarah has always dreamed of becoming a mother one day. While her primary focus is on defeating this cancer, we cannot ignore the reality that chemotherapy could impact her fertility. Ensuring she has the option to have children in the future means everything to her—and to us. The cost of egg freezing, coupled with mounting medical bills for tests, treatments, travel, and therapies, has already exceeded what we could have ever imagined.
Your support will not only help Sarah fight this cancer but also give her hope for a future that includes the chance to fulfill her dream of having a family.
