Help Save Sarah’s Finger with Hyperbarics Recovery

In October 2023, after saving her dog Lucky from a dog attack, Sarah experienced a serious injury resulting in a severed left index finger and bone crush fracture. Due to the injury, Sarah has been out of work and unable to play guitar or perform for over two months. She has undergone emergency surgery, consulted with several doctors and specialists, and discovered Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) in order to save her finger from amputation. Proceeds from the benefit show will help cover Sarah’s medical bills from surgery, appointments and treatments. Sarah is currently working with a top musician’s hand surgeon and plans to receive additional surgeries to be on her way to recovery in 2024. Sarah is grateful for the quality medical treatment she has received as well as the outpouring of support from the Austin music community during her recovery process.

A benefit show will be held at Antone’s on December 10th with Austin Blues Artists to help Sarah’s recovery.
