Some of you may know that our cat, Meatloaf, has been having some major health issues. After multiple trips to the ER vet, rounds of meds, an endoscopy, and biopsies, we have been left with vet bills totaling over $10,000. Meatloaf was not eligible for pet insurance coverage due to her vomiting being a "pre-existing condition". We have already been in a tight financial spot after dealing with Sarah's uterine precancer for 3 years. These recent vet bills have been an unexpected and major financial hit for us, on top of the stress of watching Meatloaf's health struggles.
