Help Sara & Wiz with FHO Surgery

Hello everyone, I have a beloved kitty (& best friend) in need of help.

My best friend, Sara, is a working college student. Last week, she noticed her poor kitty Wiz limping. She immediately took him to see a vet, and they informed her that he has a dislocated hip that will require surgery. They gave her an estimate of $2k-4k. This is a huge financial burden on a young woman who is actively employed, enrolled in school, and currently moving out. Because our friends cat Crowley underwent a life-saving surgery about 4 months ago, most of the care credit we used for that is still being paid off, and we have only been able to be approved for an additional ~$700.

The vets told us that if we are unable to afford the surgery for Wiz, the only other option is putting him down. He has been in the family for upwards of 5 years now, and he is perfectly healthy beyond this dislocated hip. He has so much time ahead of him, and he deserves this chance. He is the sweetest kitty, every time you visit Sara's house he is there to greet you with his tail held high. Even now, with a dislocated hip (he is currently on pain meds to help him manage while he waits for his surgery appointment), he is still the loving, active, playful, and hungry boy he always has been. He is a wonderful candidate for the FHO operation because he is so active, and he really deserves to live his life to the fullest, and not have his time cut short due to one injury.

Wiz has a whole community that is rooting for him, and we hope that some of our friends & family can help Sara and Wiz in their time of need. He is scheduled to have this surgery next week, and Sara would be so appreciative for any help that you can provide. Anything counts, even just sharing this fundraiser.
